This is really striking. The symmetry is so perfect that at first I thought it was done in post and I was very disappointed. But after searching the photo and realizing that the reflection wasn't faked, I fell in love! The fact that I had to search and really study the photo made me like it all the more. It's important to keep the viewer's eye moving and get them to really see the photo rather than just look at it. It's so easy to just glance and move on but with this photo, I feel sorry for those that missed the discovery here and just scrolled on. As for the composition, it's a little off balanced and right side heavy, but the little black speck on the water's edge on the left keeps it balanced as well as adding to the discovery aspect I mentioned earlier. It would have been very easy to go in and edit that out but I'm glad you left it. Your colors and contrast are wonderful and really make the piece what it is. Awesome work!

all the great images inspire me to get there. I was thinking September. Would love to be there in the winter to capture snow and ice in the landscape, but then there are the short days and problem of getting around.
